What is the best location to hold a guest event?

Often the best venue is a sports venue– for example a clubhouse – and one that is accessible (central location, good transport links, good parking etc). Pubs, restaurants and churches are also options to consider.

How do we know when the right time is to hold an evangelistic event?

Is there a central budget to help cover costs?

We’re hoping that these guest events will break even and that is the responsibility of the network coordinators and leadership team. There are a few ways you might want to approach this. For example, ask the Christians inviting tables of friends to pay for their friends to come (e.g. £5 a head for food/venue). However, we always want to help on a case-by-case basis if breaking even is unachievable.
