We are thrilled to announce the appointment of Ian Lancaster as our new Executive Director for Mission. Ian is only the fifth Director appointed in the history of CIS, bringing with him a wealth of experience and an unwavering dedication to the mission.

Under his guidance, Sports Plus has expanded significantly, providing enriching experiences for attendees and fostering a sense of community that encourages participation year after year. In addition, Ian’s drive to make disciples of sportspeople has led to growth across our regional and student work. His commitment to the CIS mission is evident, and he has positively impacted the lives of countless individuals, instilling hope and inspiring a bright future for CIS.”
