Sunday, 31st May
Mission Resources
Pray that God would use resources produced by Christians in Sport, including the Sports Mission Pack and a short tract published by 10ofThose, would enable and support mission to sportspeople across the UK during the FIFA World Cup.
Monday, 1st June
As around 1,000 young people attend Sport Plus this summer. Pray that the eyes of those who don’t yet trust Jesus would be opened to their need of him, and that those who are Christians would grow and leave Sports Plus better equipped to represent Jesus in their sport.
Tuesday, 2nd June
Elite Football
Pray for players living and speaking for Jesus within professional football. Give thanks for the opportunity to commission pioneering research, in partnership with Eido Research, to map discipleship within the top six tiers of English Football. As this research is published, pray it enables ministry and discipleship within professional football to grow.
Wednesday, 3rd June
Rome Diamond League
Give thanks for the opportunity we have to support a number of Christian elite track and field athletes through online and in person Bible studies and 1-2-1s. Pray for those competing at the Rome Diamond League meeting tomorrow, that they would know they are loved unconditionally by God however they perform.
Thursday, 4th June
Sheffield & Belfast Partner Evenings
Give thanks for the opportunity to host ten evenings in churches around the UK to celebrate 50 years of God's faithfulness in sport, share vision for the future, and grow partnership with Christian in Sport to enable the next season. Pray that Partner Evenings tonight in Sheffield, and on Saturday night in Belfast, encourage all who attend.
Friday, 5th June
Give thanks for the opportunity to gather Christian sportspeople from around Scotland tomorrow at the Madoch Centre, Perth. The day involves Bible teaching, seminars and time to play sport. Pray sportspeople would find this encouraging in their worship and witness within the world of sport.
Saturday, 6th June
Caernarfon Sports Quiz
Pray for the Sports Quiz tonight in Caernarfon. Pray that Christian sportspeople would be bold in inviting friends to the event to play the quiz, and for Lloyd Thomas sharing a short gospel talk during the event.

2026 is special for Christians in Sport; on Wednesday, 18th February, we marked fifty years since a small group met with the conviction that God cared deeply about sport, and that He would act in the world of sport if they prayed.
