Give thanks for Exeter University Christian Union’s mission week which finished on Friday. Pray that students who came to talks given by Graham Daniels during the week would continue to consider the Christian faith for themselves. Pray that Christian students would boldly continue sharing their faith now that the week of events has finished.

Dundee local network training event
Pray for the local network training event in Dundee this evening. Pray that the event would help equip and encourage Christian sportspeople as they gather to pray and think practically about sharing the good news of Jesus with their sports friends.
Tuesday, 18th February
National Radio
Give thanks to God for the opportunity for Graham Daniels to share a short reflection on sport and faith each week on BBC Radio 2’s ‘Pause for Thought’ throughout February. Pray that listeners would be encouraged to investigate Jesus for themselves after hearing these reflections.
Wednesday, 19th February
The Globe London Sports Quiz
Pray for the Sports Quiz this evening hosted by the Globe Church as part of a week of mission events. Pray that the short talk on the good news of Jesus given during the quiz would encourage guests to explore the Christian faith further.
Thursday, 20th February
Prayer Partners
Praise God for those who support the work of Christians in Sport through prayer. Pray that partners will continue to support Christians in Sport through prayer and be encouraged as they hear of the gospel bearing fruit in the world of sport.

Carnmoney Parish Church Sports Quiz
Pray for the Sports Quiz tonight at Carnmoney Parish Church in Northern Ireland. Pray that Christians would be bold in inviting sportspeople to come to the event and that the gospel message shared would help guests to investigate the good news of Jesus for themselves.

Elite Athletics
Pray for elite track and field athletes competing in the UK Athletics Indoor Championships this weekend. Give thanks for Christian athletes we know and support through a regular group Bible study and 1-2-1s. Pray that they would know their identity is in Christ as they face the pressure to perform.
