New Year Training
Pray ahead of New Year Training, our annual conference happening across three venues in January. As the early bird rate expires tomorrow, pray that more would sign up to join over 200 young adult sportspeople that have already. Pray that each conference would be a brilliant encouragement for attendees in both worship and witness in sport.
Monday, 10th November
Exeter University Sports Quiz
Pray for the Sports Quiz tonight hosted by the Exeter University group including a short talk on the good news of Jesus. Pray for boldness for those inviting guests to the quiz and for continued opportunities to share Jesus after the event.
Tuesday, 11th November
The Reach Project
Pray for Mike Swanson running ‘Thrive’, a 6-session programme enabling young sportspeople to connect sport and Christian faith, in Schools in Liverpool as part of the Reach Project. Pray that young people would be encouraged to explore the good news of Jesus further after completing Thrive.
Wednesday, 12th November
Partners
Give thanks for God’s provision of finances through partners who faithfully give. Pray that God would raise up more people to partner with us to enable the work of reaching the world of sport for Christ.
Thursday, 13th November
Inverness Clubhouse
Pray for the Clubhouse training event this evening. As Christian sportspeople in Inverness gather for an evening of training and envisioning, pray that they’d be encouraged as they aim to reach local sportspeople with the good news of Jesus.
