Pray for the
sports quiz tomorrow night in Southport. Pray that Christian sportspeople would be bold in inviting friends to the event to play the quiz, along with hearing a short gospel talk from Mike Swanson during the event.

Network training night
Pray for the Newport local network training night tomorrow evening. Pray that local Christian sportspeople will be encouraged as they take part in evangelism training together and pray for opportunities to share Jesus within their sports contexts.
Tuesday, 12th May
Grangetown Baptist Youth Event
Pray for Lloyd Thomas speaking tonight at TownYouth, gathering young people after school for sport, a meal and Bible teaching. Pray that young people attending will enjoy exploring the good news of Jesus together.
Wednesday, 13th May
University Group Leaders Evangelism Training
Give thanks for the opportunity to gather university group leaders in South Wales this evening to undergo evangelism training together. Pray for Lloyd Thomas leading the training and that those attending would find the evening helpful as they lead university groups in sharing Jesus with their teammates.
Thursday, 14th May
Partner Evenings
Give thanks for the Partner Evenings run in five locations across England, Scotland and Wales over the last two weeks. With five more evenings to run, pray that those in attendance would be encouraged as they celebrate 50 years of God’s faithfulness in sport and share vision for the future.
Friday, 15th May
St Francis of Assisi School Thrive programme
Pray for Mike Swanson running ‘Thrive’, a programme enabling young sportspeople to connect sport and Christian faith, at St Francis of Assisi school in Liverpool. Pray that young people would enjoy exploring the good news of Jesus as they take part in six sessions over the next few weeks.

St Andrew’s Rushmere May Festival
Give thanks for the opportunity for Graham Daniels to host a buffet and testimony evening tonight and preach evangelistically tomorrow at St Andrew’s tomorrow to conclude a week of events as part of their May Festival. Pray for guests who attended events to have opportunity to continue exploring the good news of Jesus.
