Graham is the General Director, he is also a director of Cambridge United FC and an associate staff member at St Andrew the Great church in Cambridge.

Keith is the Managing Director of Christians in Sport, plays football in Bicester and is part of St Ebbe's Church, Oxford.

Chad was appointed a Trustee in 2015. He has forged a business career in the sports events industry and is part of St Ebbe's Church, Oxford.

Emma was appointed Trustee in 2018. She enjoys running, cycling and swimming, and attends St Nicholas Church in Sevenoaks.

Michael was appointed Trustee in 2018. He is a former professional footballer and currently the Director of Player Welfare at the Professional Footballers Association (PFA).

James was appointed Trustee in 2020 and is the Principal of Oakhill College. He enjoys golf, mountain-biking and hill-walking.

Matt was appointed Trustee in 2024. He’s the Rector at St James Church, Gerrards Cross, a touchline parent and plays cricket at Gerrards Cross CC.

Lindsay is a corporate and commercial lawyer and was appointed a trustee in 2024. She enjoys running, time with family and drinking coffee and attends St Ebbe's Church in Headington.

Debbie is part of the Elite Sport Team supporting elite and professional athletes, is a former GB Rower and attends Christ Church in Henley.

Jules is a part-time Staff Worker on the Elite Sport Team, focusing on female professionals and elite athletes as well as Young Performance Athletes (YPAs). Jules is part of St Ebbe’s Church, Oxford.

Kenny is part of the Elite Sport Team working in professional golf on the European Tour.

Linvoy, a former professional footballer himself, supports professional footballers around the UK, plays in Legends charity matches for his former clubs Portsmouth, Reading and Barnet and is part of Family Church, Gosport.

Lisa co-ordinates the support of Young Performance Athletes (YPAs) and their parents/guardians and is part of the Elite Sports Team supporting female athletes. She plays for Thame Hockey Club and is part of Long Crendon Baptist Church.

Peter was a professional rugby player for a few top level clubs, finishing his career at Ulster RFC. He is now a member of our elite team in the world of professional rugby, as well as being part of the international team. Pete lives in Belfast with his wife Hannah (and cockapoo Arthur) and is a member of Village East Church.

Simon is part of our regional work in England and part of the Elite Sport Team supporting elite and professional track and field athletes. He lives in Bicester, is a duathlete and is one of the leaders at Town Church, Bicester.

Catherine project manages Sports Plus and runs the operations for our UK regional work. She plays hockey for Oxford Hawks and is part of Town Church, Bicester.

Rachel helps coordinate our events, student work and operations. She runs with Brackley Running Club and attends Town Church Bicester.

Caroline co-ordinates our work partnering and serving other sports mission agencies and individuals around the world. She attends Town Church Bicester.

Rosie is the International Coordinator at Christians in Sport. She plays hockey for Oxford Hawks Hockey Club and attends Town Church Bicester.

Laura is based in London as a staff worker. She plays netball and hockey and is part of Euston Church.

Kirsten is a staff worker in Scotland. She plays netball for Colour Studio and is a member of Trinity Church in Perth.

Phil is a staff worker in Northern Ireland and is part of the regional and student teams. He coaches rugby at Cambridge House Grammar School and is part of Ballyloughan Presbyterian Church in Ballymena.

Lloyd is our staff worker for Wales, working across youth, university, adult and Elite sport. He is based in Swansea, playing golf for Swansea Bay and serves as part of the leadership of The Table Church Skewen.

Andrew manages our finance, IT and data systems, runs with Alchester Running Club and is part of Town Church Bicester.

Caro assists Kate Thorpe with the financial aspect of the work and thanks partners who give to the work financially. She plays hockey for Oxford Hawks and is part of Oxford Community Church.

Josh creates content for our digital output, mainly through video editing and graphic design. He plays futsal with North Sea FC and attends Carrubbers Christian Centre, Edinburgh.

Brian oversees our digital communications. He is part of Cornwall Athletic Club and attends Christ Church Truro

Leah is our Campaigns and Projects Manager and supports the delivery of Sports Plus and Networks. She plays hockey with Ulster University Elks and attends Hamilton Road Baptist Church in Bangor.

Lois provides the operational support for our sports outreach projects. Lois competes in boxing and plays football, she is a part of Emmanuel Gateway Church in Lewisham, London.
